Who we are
The Orca Team is the software team of Orcas Informatica Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We design, build and support Orca ourselves, from the office web app to the driver app on the phone, and we work directly with the operators who use it.
Our customers run vans, lorries and removals crews. They are busy, practical and know their industry better than anyone, so we build Orca around the jobs they already do: taking orders, planning the day, keeping drivers compliant, answering customers and getting paid.
What we build
Orca Transport & Logistics
Orders and trips in one place, route planning, a driver app with the DVSA walkaround check built in, DVLA driver licence checks, and one inbox for WhatsApp, Messenger and email with AI drafted replies.
Orca Removals
Video and on-site surveys, priced quotes sent the same day, crew and van scheduling, and invoicing, for firms from a single man-and-van up to multi-depot removals companies.
How we work
Compliance built in
Orca runs DVLA licence checks through our own Access to Driver Data account, and the driver app asks the 27 DVSA walkaround items in the official order before a trip starts.
A person checks the AI
Orca's AI drafts customer replies from facts and rules each company writes for itself, and a member of the team checks every reply before it is sent.
Careful with data
We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and process personal data under UK GDPR. Our privacy policy sets out the detail.
Support from the people who built it
Our office is open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, and support is available 24/7 on WhatsApp.
