Ask us to erase your Film Heaven account and everything stored with it. If you still have the app installed, the fastest route is Family Profile → Delete Account — it happens immediately and you do not have to wait for us.
Family Profile → Delete Account. Type the account's email address to confirm, and it is done there and then — the family record first, the account second. No waiting on us.
Your sign-in account, your family record, every member's name, date of birth, photograph and costume, every film you marked Loved, Watch-Later or Watched, your unfound-film notes and any requests you published to Films Wanted.
We acknowledge every request and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually far sooner. Deletion is permanent — there is no undo and no recovery afterwards.

We reply to the address you gave. Answering that email is what confirms the request — it stops anybody deleting somebody else's family.
The family record, the members, the film lists and the notes go first; the sign-in account goes last, so nothing is left stranded behind a dead session.
One final email. Anything still on your phone goes when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.
