Tap the envelope on the Films tab for Email Us, or open Family Profile → Send Feedback to give the app a score out of five. Both open your phone's own mail app with the message already written.
When a search comes up short, the notepad underneath it lets you ask for the title you wanted. It goes straight onto Films Wanted, where every family can see what has been asked for. You are welcome to write to us here as well.
Use Family Profile → Delete Account in the app, or the deletion request form if the app is already gone. That form asks the questions we need to erase everything safely.

The films open without signing in. Signing in is only what carries your family, lists and awards to a new phone — if that is what is going wrong, pick "Help signing in".
